Office Manager


- to work on a computer in the MS Office software;

- to work using Internet, communication tools and office equipment;

- to timely restock the office with the necessary consumables and office supplies;

- to maintain order in the office

- to conduct business negotiations;

- to lead the clients service in the office (in the absence of managers) with the subsequent transfer of the case to direct executors, managers;

- to carry out and control the document flow in the office;

- to register and keep the records of the agreements;

- to lead the paperwork, form the cases and transfer to the archive, provide the safety of the documents;

- to carry out one-time orders of the CEO related to the activity of the enterprise;

- to keep a friendly and correct style of communication with clients and colleagues at work.

  • Identifies the needs for object assessment services, carries out business interactions, negotiates with clients, concludes and forms the agreements with customers on the assessment of the object in accordance with the specified form, monitors compliance of the terms and conditions mentioned in the concluded contracts.
  • Analyzes the information about the object of assessment for conducting legal expertise, setting the parameters of its competitiveness that affect its value.
  • Makes an exact description of the object of assessment, determines the methods of evaluation in accordance with the evaluation standards, sets the main price-forming factors affecting the value of the object of assessment, studies the market and the cost of similar objects.
  • Substantiates the use of evaluation standards, methods of its implementation, assumptions made during the evaluation, performs the necessary calculations.

  • Determines the final value of the object of assessment, as well as the limitations and limits of the application of the obtained result.
  • Timely prepares and submits a report on assessment to the customer of the object in accordance with the established requirements for its form and content.

  • higher professional education and additional training in the field of assessment, work experience in this specialty at least 2-3 years. Availability of a valid appraiser's certificate
